Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

  • Items returned after the eligible return period.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or replacement, please contact our customer support team first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order if it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank.
